Shipping & Delivery

Each Folium jewel is crafted with care, and shipping timelines reflect the handcrafted nature of our work. Processing times vary depending on whether a piece is ready-to-ship, engraved, made-to-order, or bespoke, and estimated timelines are provided at the time of purchase.

Orders are shipped using insured carriers, and signature confirmation may be required for higher-value shipments. Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Folium ships within the United States and to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country, as these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fine jewelry and hand engraving, many Folium pieces are final sale. Custom, engraved, bespoke, and one-of-a-kind jewels are not eligible for return or exchange.

If a product is eligible for return, this will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Approved returns must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition, and authorization must be obtained before returning any item. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified.

Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original form of payment after the returned piece has been received and inspected.
